The plastic undercarriage came completely off the next day after I picked it up. Makes me wonder what else they didn't do correctly. The technician Juan was amazing. Always helpful and kept me updated. All in all the experience was good would've been great if not for that. So instead of a 10/10 I'd give a 7/10 for that reason alone.

I was especially impressed with the way Nathan kept me informed of the repair progress. He was very courteous and answered all my concerns. I will certainly recommend Collision Works in the future. Thank you for an exceptional experience. I am 81 years old and I never felt like I needed to be concerned about my car.
