The body work done on my car was fantastic. There is zero evidence of the original damage. The estimator, Curtis Elliott, was professional and thorough, explaining exactly what needed to be done and why. I felt completely confident leaving my car in Curtis and Fix Auto's care and was not disappointed.

The body work was excellent. But the windshield is wrong. I have the heads up display which I can no longer use. It is blurry and no longer crisp and sharp as it was prior to being replaced. I called immediately upon noticing the defect and have not heard back from you

The only comment that I have is that you have gone out of your way to have these communication devices regarding the status of the vehicle and anticipated completion time. However, the actual completion time was different from that listed, and there was no initiation of correcting this on the part of FIX Auto. I had to initiate the efforts to clarify the actual completion time, more than once. It would seem to me that the devices are only as good as the effort to use them.
