Turn around time was **** day. I felt rushed to pick up the car so soon and concerned about the quality of the work. I offered to give extra time to get the work done properly. But agent refused and verbalized there's no need for an extra day. At point of pick up, 2 spots were noted with flaws. Now I have to take the car back for rework. That is extra cost to you and time wasted for me. I thank you for your willingness to redo your work, but I would appreciate it more if you would have taken my offer to keep the car for additional day to take the time to paint it.

Really top notch. The process was so easy. From dropping off my car, the estimate and car rental and return. It's customer service that I'm not use to receiving hut should be!

I was reluctant to leave my car as I was used to dealing with the dealership to fox me car at there facilities. After speaking with Curtis I was impressed with the explanat ion of materials used and the lifetime guarantee the Fix it and Geico supply for the work they did. He took it a step further and went through a full evaluation of the damages with me which helped me to see another issue that would have been missed. When I received my vehicle after the service was complete, Curtic went through every detail with me. I am grateful for the care and the patience Fix it Poway and Geico handle my car from start to finish in one place. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs. They even cleaned the inside of my car. I wasn't expecting it, buht I love that they did it. Thank you so much the Ellis, Curtis and the Fix It Poway team for a job well done. ????
