Receptionist promised text updates No text updates but emailed Rep said I would have a ride to get me Back to the shop when car was ready Email also said but Reception said it was an automated email Receiptionist argued and did not listen Should not overpromise And underdeliver If shuttle only operates at certain hours Then say so If you say you are going to call When ready then call don’t email If you are providing ride Then state guidelines like dealership

Very impressed on the repairs and paint job. You even went the extra mile and buffed out a few other scratches. Only complaint was the spare wheel cover was mounted upside down. Thanks for your hard work.

The staff is extremely friendly and eager to please. When I picked up my SUV, I noticed a couple of black marks on my car and the repaired door wasn't aligned perfectly. Mike took it back to the shop and within 10 minutes brought forward in great shape.

I was so taken back by the fact that my my door was no no longer smashed in that I just sat there and rubbed the door panel. I can’t thank Robert and his team enough for the wonderful job they did. I lived with a car that I couldn’t roll down the window and the side was all bashed in from a hit and run driver and to drive away with the vehicle that I had when I bought it was an overwhelming great feeling.
