Great service every time! We have been to this Fix Auto 3 times in the past 6 months. Every time is a great experience. This time they told me it would be done Friday, and it was done Thursday. Saved me on a rental! They are rockstars that really know their stuff! 10’s from me! 100% satisfied!!

Yes I would like to say that the ladies that answer the phone there are the nicest in the world and you can tell them I said so????????. Also Robert and his team did a GREAT job on my f-250. Fix auto did a great job repairing my bumper. They made it a hassle free process. Having enterprise there on site was very convenient. Ryan was great to work with and communicated everything very well. I would highly recommend fix auto.

I noticed 2 issues with the vehicle when I picked it up, both issues should have been caught during yours and Geico’s pre-pick up inspection; I saw them directly while walking up to the car. The engine hood was misaligned, and a plastic insert was not positioned correctly. But both yours and Geico’s inpection reports were signed off, how can this be? Both issues were resolved in 5 min, but still, why sign off paperwork if you haven’t seen the work??
