For a car repair, it was relatively painless. Everyone I dealt with was super nice. Marcel even helped me find the anchors for my son's car seat when I picked up my car. I hope I don't need car repairs again anytime soon, but if I did, I would definitely go back to Fern's.

The quality of the work is outstanding. So was the customer service. The free loaner car for the duration of the repair job put it right over the top.
