I looked at a dozen different options, both in my county (Mendocino) and Santa Rosa. Cline was the only one that sounded very professional and knowledgeable on dealing with my Toyota Tundra CrewMax bumper and side panel damage along with my insurance company. (my drive was a little over two hours one way) They made it very easy to get picked up and taken to a pleasant rental car service that they use. These guys take pride in their work and want you to be 100% satisfied. You can tell this from the minute you walk in the door and talk with Joe, until the moment you leave in your professionally fixed auto. It's interesting when you find a place that does such great work you'll for sure use, but hope you never have to. Actually, non body work stuff is also professionaly available. I'll be having my bad **** Fab Four heavy duty Front bumper installed by them because they did such a great job on the rear bumper install. Thanks to the Cline Crew.

Joe, gave us estimates for the repairs AND handled the insurance side. Very grateful for that. I love my auto insurance representative but not so much the claims reps as I always feel pressured by them even though these are the only claims we have submitted in the last 20 years. Joe took care of everything! Joe is professional, timely, accurate on the costs, personable and honest. Joe is very easy to work with. And our cars look great! The experience in blending the color of the paint and taking care of the damage is amazing. Our cars look new!

My company car was hit on a company trip to Los Angeles by an unknown party. When I returned home I needed to have it repaired and took it to several places for estimates, of the 3 places I took the car to Cline Collision was the friendliest and the best quote of them all. They kept me informed every step of the way on the repairs and finished the job when they said they would. The vehicle was like new and I am completely happy with the repairs. I will definitely recommend them to everyone for any repairs on their vehicles
