Well for starters there was a lack of communication between our service advocate and us she refused to return calls and acted like things that we pointed out that weren't fixed to our satisfaction wasn't important. Our vehicle still isn't repaired properly we have to bring it back for the 3rd time now to have it worked on again as it turns out the body shop refused to replace both rims on the vehicle after being specifically asked to and then it turns out there was a technical safety bulletin that stated the rims are to be replaced and not reconditioned that was ignored. So no I'm not completely satisfied I expected more from a Jeep dealer. And to think I was contemplating using this dealership for all my services and even trading in my 08 wrangler for a new Rubicon.

I had a customized heat shield in my Dodge Durango that was not there when I picked my suv after it was at the dealership for exactly one month. I have spoken to the collision manager Tim, and he assured me that if they could not find t in the shop that it would be replaced. I have left multiple messages on voicemail this week and have had no calls back. This heatshield (blocks the sun on the front windshield ) cost around $50 and was a gift from my husband and kids.

I wasn't completely satisfied. I specifically asked for the alignment to be done because it was pulling right from the lot when I drove it home with 8 miles on it. Even let the salesperson know before the accident but just couldn't get in to get it done due to the fact that I only have one car and don't have the time between work and picking up my daughter!! I was surprised an alignment wasn't done due to the area where the accident happened! Not going to keep me from doing business with you but really aggravated it wasn't done. A brand new car shouldn't have alignment problems in my opinion and I'm sure yours as well

One of the best experiences I've had getting my vehicle repaired. No one ever wants their vehicle in the body shop, but the service I receieved and quality of repairs were great. They also had an onsite Enterprise which was really convenient for me.

11 weeks to fix my car. Numerous broken promises about the ready date. And when it finally was returned to me it still had major flaw which I now have to come back to get it repaired. Horrible experience and it's not over yet

The repair took too long and when I picked it up the trunk wasn't aligned properly. Also the text updates were nice, but grossly inaccurate.
