Very transparent and timely with the repairs.

The process was quick and easy! I dropped the car off, swung over to Enterprise to get my rental, and was out the door on my way to work within 30 minutes! I love that Enterprise was right there to make it easy. I didn’t get a chance to do a walk around the car because the tech was in a meeting, so my only suggestion is to make sure you don’t schedule a drop off at the same time as a meeting. But his phone communications were excellent and I had the car back with no issues, so thank you all!

The work was very well and quickly done. Tommy was a great communicator and very professional from start to finish. I had some friends who had minor damage to their Tesla and it took months to get it back. Needless to say, they wish they had gone to Koons. Furthermore, this was not my first experience with this location. Some years ago, you repaired my previous car. I had a very positive experience at that time, too. Lionel and the rest of the team are extremely patient, courteous, thorough & professional. There is absolutely no shop that I would visit in the area to take care of my vehicles should the need arise.

Ryan and team were helpful in managing timing and repair expectations. So far so good although I still smell paint in car.

To start with, physically the place is clean, spacious and generally welcoming feeling. The employees are respectful, welcoming, they listened and professionals. The receptionist is very pleasant. The person took over my “case” Jonatan was so helpful and ALWAYS answered my texts/calls even when he was on vacation (thank you Jonatan). After my car was done I went back for them to check something for me, they still took the time and addressed it professionally and patiently. I appreciate their customer service. In a time when my only car is in a shop and I’m going back and forth with my insurance company, it made a huge difference knowing I’m in good hands and being treated with respect. Also, they did a great job on my car, looked even better than it was before the accident :). I’m very satisfied with their work. Not that I want to come back but if I had to I definitely will.

Not happy with the rare camera. It is blurry. I was told tailgate and all parts are brand new. Painting on left and right side curved area looks horrible.

I'd like to commend Lionel Stewart for his excellent work with us. He was attentive, personable, and patient. My wife and I received frequent communication from Mr. Stewart, which kept us apprised of the repair status and gave us the feeling that he cared about our case personally.
