Receptionist was not attentive. Didn’t even acknowledged that I was there waiting. When I needed help with getting my belonging out of my vehicle she just simply told me the location and didn’t even bother to check if the gate was locked or not. I had to call her again from outside the gate to get someone to unlock the gate.

Since my car was totaled, the repair didn't happen. But when I picked up the car, the front passenger fender panel had been cut out. As I've spoken to a few people about this (including a body shop in NJ who looked at the damage before taking the car to Koons), they have told me that there was no need to cut into the fender as it could have been repaired (not replaced). But now, obviously it will need to be replaced. Also, regardless if it was the right thing to do, the esposed area should have been covered up before the car was returned to me.
