Paint job sucked. Hair was on the bumper inside the paint, in two separate locations. The technicians acted dumb and said wasn't a big deal. They also painted over my diffuser when it was never painted. It was supposed to be replaced. The paint job was apparently looked over numerous times and I'm pretty sure they thought I wouldn't notice. The technicians probably did not even review there finished product. The bumper is still not fixed as well, it curves out and is very noticeable. Would not recommend to any one or the customer service I received. I was very skeptical reading the reviews and they are very true. Worst experience ever, will leave review on Yelp and Google to warn other future customers

For the most part, the work was okay, and I UNDERSTOOD REASONS FOR DELAY. The final quality check before delivery, however, should be reason for concern. I had to bring up a few items that were not correctly fixed, and I have to return the car (scheduled on 5/13/16) to get a non-functioning Brake Assist System fixed. The warning of the system's failure was displayed, and it's beyond my understanding how this was missed. After pick-up I also noticed that the rubber seal at the trunk lid was not fixed correctly and ended up doing this myself. It's obvious that the quality control was performed very casually.

This was a fantastic experience under a not so good situation. Laura @ Koons kept me updated on the progress of my truck, and was not only wonderfully helpful in the process of estimating and fixing my truck, but was also wonderfully supportive of my anxiety about the situation. I also loved how the text msgs kept me informed of how things were going, and how my truck was doing. I liked hearing that it was happy. :) Awesome job---I would recommend Koons to anyone in a situation similar to mine. Thanks for a job well done!
