Well to start with, I have no complaints. Everything from accessing damage to finishing work was excellent. Nice paint job! Looks like my new car. It was done in a timely manner. Laura, my contact person, was very good at her job and a very nice person to deal with. I truly have nothing to complain about.

Pickup schedule was not clearly notified.I received mixed and late confusing updates. On 9/21 in the morning update told me work on the car was going on. At 11 I went to pickup a bag from the car and I was told the car was ready. There was an way I could plan my day.
