When I received my car the interior was a missing part from the radio and I have not received a return phone call about whether you will pay for the part that went missing. I spoke with Shaun and did not receive a return phone call.

My car was returned to me as if I just puechased it new off the dealer lot. THe staff from the recetionionist, meeting Mike and then my Estimator, Laura Kibler were all geared towards customer service and so professional. I apprectiate the text progress and updates from Ms. Laura on the status of my car. My car was even washed, vacummed and wiped down on tbe inside before it was returned to me I will be referring you to all my friends and family. Job well done!
