When I called the adjuster to check on my vehicle, he ignored my phone calls. I literally saw him with my own eyes sitting at his desk when i called him because I was sitting in the lobby listening to the phone ring. I had to call the Geico claim line to talk to someone, and he stayed on the line with me and talked directly to the front desk personnel from my phone. The person on the Geico claim line ask Lionel (the guy at the front desk) if Ian was in and he said yes I'm looking right at him. Lionel then walked in Ian's office with my phone and handed him my phone so he could talk to the person on the claim line. It wasn't until then when I got a phone call back about my vehicle. I should not have to jump through that many hoops just to check on my car when it is due to be picked up.
