My heater is not working now like before, auromatic high level is not working anymore and i made an appointment for tomorrow at the toyota dealership to resolve this isdue somehow because is under warranty and i hope during the service the heater was not touched. Rental representative told me about 25 per day full covarage insurance but when i drop the rental car they charged me much more.

At dropping my mercury off for repair, I did not receive any paper work that I would be driving a rental car. If I would have been stopped by a police officer, I would have had a hard time explaining. I was assured that because there was a change in your company to non paper work, I would not have any problem. As you know, in the state of Virginia should one is pulled over, the police officer requires registeration and divers license. Otherwise one is subject to receive a traffic ticket. Due to the fact that the auto I was driving had MD plates, a police officer may have hauled to jail. This thought is not acceptable to me. I was assured that paperwork would be mailed to me, this never happened. Therefore, your company failed big time to provide me with necessary paperwork to answer any police officers investigation. I do not want to hear that all the police officer would need to call Koons. What if your shop is closed at a time like this. To try to talk oneself out of getting a ticket could be a rare task. To save Koons a few minutes which could cause me hours of problems is not good. My driving record is impeccable, for any on to put me in a precarious situation is not acceptable. Try to explain.

Koons did an excellent job. The paint matched perfectly - you'd never know there had been any damage - and they were very good about staying in touch and keeping us informed about the progress. Also, it's such a nice touch that they clean the inside of the car when they're done. Thank you for the good service!
