Outstanding customer service at every step. Receptionist is overwhelmed at desk st times with phone calls but handles it well .
Enterprise should be more straight forward with billing practices as they charged Three calendar days for 48 hr rental

Everyone was friendly and readily explained what would take place. My car was quickly repaired and I was kept in the loop at all phases of the repair. My car was cleaner when I picked it up, specifically the interior. Thank you for making this a painless process.

These professional gave us the red carpet treatment. They kept me and my wife posted on the status. Finished early and treated my wife like family. It was a real pleasure. I never had to take off work. My wife was able to do it all.

I have had a number of vehicles repaired at Koons over the years. With each one, the result was fantastic. Each person I dealt with, from the receptionist to the gentleman who returned my car to me when the work was done, treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect.
