Excellent service!

Every interaction I had with Koons Collision Repair exceeded my expectation. Within an hour of me reporting my accident to my insurance company (USAA) and telling them I would choose Koons to do the work, I was called by Koons wanting to schedule an appraisal. The first question they asked (and this was repeated frequently by the Koons personnel I worked with) was if I was OK. I went in the next day to have an estimate completed. Both the receptionist and the estimator (Dave) were friendly and professional. Once the estimate was completed, Dave explained what was needed and what the process would be. He scheduled a time for me to bring the vehicle in for repair and took me over to the car rental counter to help me schedule a rental car. Dave contacted me almost every day with updates on how the repair was progressing. The repair only took five days. When I picked up my vehicle, Dave once again explained what they had done and ensured I knew of the lifetime warranty and to contact him if I had any questions or concerns.

The work was complete ahead of schedule and I was giving updates along the repair process.
