I thought they did and excellent job and they were very nice and pleasant people. I liked the daily updates. The only thing that I would have changed is the fact that they had told me when I talked with them on Wednesday and asked if my car would be ready Thursday or Friday they said it wouldn't be ready till the following Tuesday. They didn't inform me any time friday that it would be ready for pick up. Thinking it was still going to be Tuesday I put $13 of gas extra in my car 2 hours before they called me to pick it up. It was only on a quarter tank when I picked up my rental now its on 3/4 tank and I'm out $13.

The repair looks great! I was disappointed that the interior was quite dusty and dirty. There were many spots on the ceiling that were not there before, I saw black spots around the sunroof that almost looks like mold spots and rust looking spots. There was a part of the trim that wasn't tucked in and had some small holes in the material (ceiling on left door side). There was a big grease spot on my driver side floor liner at the top. I went home and cleaned the interior and tried getting the spots out of the ceiling. I found a small tear in the leather in the back passenger head rest area. The black rubber trim around doors was discolored.

The staff is awsome. I went there with a pre estimated insurance check which was a little low for the repairs. They instantly went to work with them on the repair cost and apprived for the rental car during the repair time and set up for me to drop the car the next morning. They had the repair completed days before the estimated time and my car looked amazing upon pickup. I will deffinatly refer anyone in need of damage repair to use **** Collision.
