The keyless system is no longer working. I now have to take the car back again to figure out what is wrong with it. I’m sure it will be fixed correctly, but it is very inconvenient to have to take the car back again.

The repair looks well done, although one little thing was left undone, it was minor and not.your responsibility, you could have fixed it but chose not to, and I understand. Thank you for your help on everything else.

Never could get a clear definite finish date but when it did get close it seemed to finally come together and end a 32 day process. The damage was a big project but **** finished the repairs and did a very good job of putting the car back new which it was a very new car with not even 200 miles on it.Thank you **** for putting a high school student back on the road.

I just got my car back. Looks great. But the radio won’t shut off when I turn the car off and get out. And the car says my battery is low, but I stopped to get it checked and was told it’s in great shape. Also, the “S60” wasn’t put back on the trunk.

**** Collision on Riverchase Way in Lexington SC was a pleasure to do business with!! They took all the stress out of having to have my brand new car repaired after someone backed into me in a parking lot. They were willing to pre-order my parts due to a planned holiday shutdown at Kia, so my repair was done in 3 days! A special shoutout to Chris at the front desk!

Truly the best experience. John reeves totally exceeded my expectations and raises the bar for all body shops. My Honda was completely repainted and it is gorgeous. Not only that but he immediately noticed a front bumper/fender issue that Reeleys had POORLY fixed with an aftermarket bumper that didn’t even fit right, causing other fender and undercarriage issues. I took It back to reeleys and they said they “fixed” the issue. Two weeks later I’m at bakers for a paint warranty. These guys ****) did leg work to get my car repainted under an extended paint warranty 2) replace my bumper to a factory bumper Under the previously used claim because they are a preferred State Farm Provider. My insurance wouldn’t pay for new fender guards (or something like that - they were shredded because the bumper didn’t fit) but don’t worry they replaced that as well. 3. ARRANGED A RENTAL IN-HOUSE. I cannot Rave enough about the convenience of this. (Plus the guy who put me in the rental was super sweet and handsome) Again John Reeves is the MAN. Thanks for everything. Bakers collision gets 10 stars from me. Thanks for making a difference.

The truck is less than a year old so it has minimal sun fade. The color of the bumper is not the same color as the rest of the truck.
