Gloria was so helpful and considerate throughout the process.Chase was also helpful. Our technician(sorry, I can not recall his name)gave detailed updates and that was very reassuring.
The repair took much longer than anticipated,I wonder if this branch is understaffed? My previous repair at the Lexington branch was quicker, but I know there are lots of variables. Overall, well fone????

Service was very good. They kept me informed most of the time. I wanted Toyota parts only. I’m not sure if all the parts were Toyota. A good number of parts were aftermarket. They look different from the new parts I had in my car. I’m not 100% satisfied.

Loved the text message updates, the cleanliness of the shop, the kindness we experienced in Chase and how great the car looked when we picked it up. My car looks great. However, I received a text the day my car was to be finished stating if it was not ready they would call me. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was not ready and no one had called me. This hopefully was an isolated incident. My car was delivered to my home today which was very helpful. Thank you for making up for that mistake! We will be using your service again!

Very responsive and informative along the way during the repair. Pleasant staff and the repair looks very good. I do have a "slip indicator" dash light on since I picked up the vehicle that I will call about Tuesday.
