Chase at the front desk was so helpful. He called the other person's insurance company. Asked a few questions and then gave the phone to me start the claim process. The entire process from the insurance call, to the rental car, to the actual repair of the car was flawless! They made a stressful situation so easy. I was kept informed of where my car was in the repair process. My car was repaired in excellent condition in six days. Amazing service!

I was given an estimate of Thursday, March 22 for the completion of my car. I got a call about 5:45 on March 16 that my car was ready. I was told that they were so close to being finished that someone stayed late to finish it so I could get it this weekend! Thank you for taking care of my repairs so quickly!
