I think doing away with the email updates. I had very high expectations of thinking I was going to be getting a lot of information with weekly updates just to be disappointed by the very generic “your car is on track”. I think it’s a great thought but I really doubt the team has the time to send me an update that I was truly expecting. Loved the work that has been done to several of my cars by this wonderful company.
