I wasn't pleased the way a siuation was handled. My car came un late (closing time) for a repair. When i picked my car up there was a small dent and a very clear scratch on my back passenger door. I was told it was there when the car was dropped off. This occurance could of happened in your parking area or body shop. I'm sure the pictures were not taken as soon as i dropped the car off at 5:30 with Gloria.i then came by your shop on Friday to again review the pictures and have someone look at it,and again that the body shop was not responsible. No efforts were made to have "your customer" leave your shop with a better experience. They could of offered a person from the shop to try to buff the area,etc. Very unsatisfied !!

I almost wish I could wreck my car again so I could see my friends at ****. Very professional. They made -- what is usually a boring hassle -- a positive, friendly experience. Highly recommend ****. Oh, the repairs were perfect!
