I definitely am grateful for choosing this repair shop to repair my car. I went a couple times just to check on the progress on my challenger and they welcomed me with open arms. The girls at the front desk are very nice and I personally met the guy working on my car. I Would definitely rate **** collision to anyone who experiences what I did. I appreciate how accommodating they are and I would definitely visit even if I didn’t have any issues with my car. G baby loves and appreciates y’all very much.

I was told my car had minor repairs. Dropped it off on Monday 10/29/18 at 8 am. Was told on Thursday 11/**** it would not be ready till 11/5 at 4 pm.
Completely unacceptable because I was told it was a minor 3 day repair. After complaining about the length of repair time, my car was quickly finished by 11/2 at 3 pm.
I not going to complain about the quality of the work. But how can a minor repair dropped off on a Monday at 8 am, take until 3pm on a Friday (11/2) day to be finished.
It seems to me that if a customer is told it’s a 3,day repair, the repair should be done in 3 days, not 5 or 7 because of the incompetence of management trying to get more repairs done.
I’m happy with the repairs on my car, not happy with how long it took to get done.
