It has only been two weeks and six days since I received my vehicle back from my Dec 2021 accident. I am currently here at the Lakeland Toyota dealership service center awaiting a paid diagnostic due to my check engine light coming on this morning. I am being told by the customer service repair representative that it is based on the repair that was done from the accident.

The job that was done in pretty sure a elementary student could have done better. To be paid over $7000, not in payment form but before the job was even completed you would think they would do a better job!

Repair cost is too expensive, additionally the invoice details a lot of work and spare parts that you changed but I considered unnecesary. Although I did not pay for this service, before I brought my car to your shop and I brought my car to toyota dealer and the budget is 90% below your cost
