The car was returned with the carpet still stained and with marks on the paint. Nobody went through the bill with me, so I still do not know what was done. The billl does say something about a spare tire, the car has no spare tire. In addition the car was covered with ants when I got home. The ants are a direct result of where it was parked at Lakewood.

You should temper your estimates. It was initially stated that it would be 4-5 days. It took 8. Since i was paying for the repairs not the insurance company the extra days cost me car rental expenses.
