I very specifically requested that they make sure my horn worked after everything was complete. When I got home I found that my horn still does NOT work and now I will have to bring my car back in and interrupt my work day to get this fixed.

I will say, the car work does look nice with the new hood and all. The bumper is crisp but when I picked up the Rav all of a sudden it shakes like hell. Also my rear view camerma no longer works as they removed the wire and never put it back. Day late caused so e inconvenience. Also seems like they price hiked the repair to the Insurance company. Also the mobile updates are a joke.
