I was told that my 2012 Dodge Durango would be finished on Friday 11/23. I received numerous texts saying my vehicle was on schedule until midday Friday when I was informed that it wouldn’t be ready till Monday 11/26. Monday came and once again after several texts saying my vehicle would be completed that day I received a call that my vehicle would not be repaired on time as promised, and that it would take yet another day. I am very unhappy with the customer service I received from Gabe’s Collision. KarL B

I love the fact that everything is right there; everyone is very curtious and helping. Also to the point with what has to be done and what its gonna course. You get updates periodically as the job is being done; which is a great help to the customer. Also a date and time and to when the job would be completely finish!

They did a great job with the repair work but someone stole about 20 dollars in change. They took my glass lenses out of a plastic bag, which are now scratched, and used the plastic bag to put my change into
