This is the 3rd repair at Bayside. The repair was excellent and the personnel very courteous and professional. We were continually updated via text on the progress and called twice. We have recommended Bayside to a number of friends and acquaintances needing collision repair. They are the best in this area.

Timing was a week off. I was told when I dropped off my car off that all the parts were already there and it still took an additional week for my car. I did appreciate the updates they gave me, but I wish they would have guessed over a week instead of under. My car looks great! Work that was done was great, timing was a little off.

I was a little upset that i was told my car would be ready Friday and that the bumpers just had to be put on. The install was pushed back until Monday evening.
