Bayside was recommended to me after my accident. I can say enough great things about them! They called me EVERYDAY with an update on my car! The work was fantastic. Even cleaned out the whole inside of my car. It feels brand new!! A++ service! Hoping I won't need to come back but if i have to it will definitely be to Bayside Collision!

Bayside Collision was awesome! Extremely professional staff and friendly environment. My Mercedes is my prize possession and Bayside treated it as such. The repair they did made my car look like brand new. I could not be more pleased. I will recommend Bayside Collision to anyone and I will.

Car was returned with passenger side interior coming off the door and side decal left inside the car, it's fixed now but it was inconvenient to have my car returned with damages that weren't present prior to being left in Baysides care.

The repairs themselves were wonderful. The only negative comment I have is that we never seemed to be able to get a good answer as to when the car would be finished. On Thursday, after approving repairs we were told Monday afternoon. At the end of Monday, we were told Tuesday afternoon. At the end of Tuesday, I was told Wednesday morning about 11:00. Wednesday morning's status e-mail at 7:30 or 8 told me it would be the end of the day. Two hours later, I received a call saying it was ready. If I had been told Wednesday by noon at the outset I would have at least known what to expect and been much happier when it was delivered on time than being strung along with estimates that were not correct but meant to placate me. I just needed an honest answer to begin with. Overall I'm very happy and told USAA as much. This little consideration would have gone a long way to making the experience an A.
