Mindy was awesome . Professional answer all my question. Love the text message letting know how the process was going. She made it feel it was about the customer not the money that was being spent. Everything was good except for the lack of time estimate to complete the job. I felt as if they knew that it was an insurance payment job and since I had a rental it did not matter how long it took. There should be some kind of estimated return date when you drop off the car. I didn’t know if it would be a couple of days or a week or even longer. Only day to day texts were given. Otherwise, the service was pleasant and professional and the workmanship and clean car presentation was good.

Angel was great at keeping me informed throughout this entire process. When I went to turn my rental car in they told me it had been 33 days and I have to be honest I was completely shocked. It really did not seem like it took as long as it did. Probably because Angel was always updating me on things. And please don’t think I am complaining about how long it took. I actually told them in the beginning to take their time, I am just saying that it sure did not feel like a month.
