Just a little clearer communication about how and what claim(s) they were making o the insurance company. It seemed like every time I talked to some lone the story changed. Not that it was a huge problem but I never REALLY felt like I was in a full understanding of what was going on with that. Great work, friendly staff, just need a little better communication.
