I was treated well and the young lady who works the front counter was extremely helpful. My rental reservation was scheduled for a later time and she got on the phone and let them know I was there and needed the rental sooner. She kept me in the loop with the repairs and when I picked the car up even offered to arrange for my rental to be picked up although I had already dropped it off. She was the only person that I had interactions with and represented the company well. Thanks!

Since the beginning of the process to the end of the procedure of my vehicle repair, I was really satisfied with the customer service that was provided to me, especially the finish product of my vehicle. Love the work they do and they're staff is very friendly. It was less stresful with them keeping me up to date on the staus.

Picked up the vehicle and noticed there were still tape residue on the vehicle and a portion of the back side quarter panel (the panel that was replaced) had marks on them. Those issues we're immediately fixed. But upon returning home and further inspection, the tape/glue and/or binding that attaches the quarter panel to the back fender is coming off. The estimated repair time was 8x days but picked up the vehicle at the end of day 12x. Did not get a notification on day 8x as to why it would take longer.

Aubrey has been on top of communicating me on the repair process. The young lady that does the estimates and walk you through the damaged and whose name I don't remember (sorry), has been very thorough in helping me understand some terminology and process involving the damages. To top it off, I was expecting my car to be in the shop for **** and ****/2 to 2 wks. Instead, it was done within a week. My vehicle got in to an accident last November and the front bumper, on the L side was. Completely dented and half of the bumper came off. The front L tire fender was dented as well. The headlight was damaged and a few bolts for the starter got cracked. All were replaced and fixed well and I own a Honda Pilot 2005. If anything,all I can say is, it is such a great relief to have an auto body shop in Alaska that is reliable, efficient, prompting, and approachable given any frustrating circumstances. It's hard to trust so many, but I can at least say that auto fix is a go-to given that their team (from the front desk, to the estimator, and the guys who handles the repairs) are awesome. I was very pleased with fix auto. Amazing staff!! Aubrie was awesome! She took very good care of me!! I've been to a couple of other places in the past and was not very pleased. I felt very comfortable and defiantly will be back. Thanx fix auto!!
