Everyone I dealt with at Fix Auto from the technicians to the frontdesk personnel were outstanding. I would definitely refer friends and family to Fix Auto because the employees and quality of work were completely satisfying.

Initially I was a little let down because I had stopped in, after starting the claim with my insurance, on a Monday to inquire about my parts. I was told that the parts had arrived the Wednesday Jan 4, five days prior to Monday the 9th when I stopped in. I was never contacted to schedule an appt as informed by Leandro, we will make the appt once the parts arrive... I then was told I could bring my car in Feb 6. Nearly a month later. I had tried to schedule an appt while the parts were on order for 2 weeks out and was told it wouldn't be that long of a wait once the parts arrived in Anchorage. I was very upset, with some juggling, I was told since it was just a busted front bumper/air dam and an easy repair to just bring my car in first thing the following Monday, which was more reasonable. The ladies at the counter were very nice and helpful and even though it took 5 days longer due to some hidden damage and additional parts required. The staff that I came in contact with at the shop were very nice. My SUV looks great, it was very clean and returned in perfect condition. I am thankful to everyone I worked with.

The updates via text were nice! My car was competed before I expected it and the repairs not noticeable. I am extreemly happy with tour business. Plus my car got much needed vacuuming and wipe down on the inside. ????????

Fix did a very nice job of repairing the vehicle. They kept in contact and were always available for questions. The repair took a long time but parts availability was a problem, and the staff went the extra mile to resolve the parts problem by bypassing the manufacturer and buying a good used assembly to harvest the part from. The detailing work transformed a kid junk filled car into a clean used car. Next task is to purchase wheel locks so the crackheads can't try to steal my wheels/tires again!

Great friendly costumer service gave them my car and was done super quick they said around February it would be done but ended up to be done January 13 i will for sure come back

I got my vehicle back a week sooner then they had initially thought!! This made me ecstatic! The periodic email to tell me where things were at was extremely helpful. The only thing which was a little annoying is that they kept calling my mother instead of me. The only reason they did that was because her name is on the insurance as well. In cases like that it would be helpful if there was a way to mark the account so you know whose vehicle it is. As I stated earlier we both are on the insurance but the vehicle was bought and paid for by me. I did tell Taylor that but I cannot remember if he said he could mark the account as me being the main individual or not. All in all I have been to Fix-It two times after being hit and both times they done great work! And they warranty the work they have done as well. Best choice for good service and updates on how the work is coming along!

I had a receiver I purchased and asked Barry if it could be installed while the bummer was off. He said no problem just let them know. When I dropped the truck off I told Taylor it was in the passenger seat. When I went to pick up today I was told it was not. Barry came in did not address me but he seemed annoyed and said to Taylor he didn't hear from me. They had the mechanic available and had it installed. Barry did not address me once even when I had questions regarding the time for repair labor. I initially felt good about having my truck repaired at Fix. Other than the friendliness of Taylor and the fact the bumper is done, i will not refer or be back to Fix Auto.

Very fast and good work. Liked that I was kept informed of progress via texts. Easy payment and pick up too.
