Had talked about fixing the passenger side fender instead of the driver side fender. Possible miscommunication though I am not completely dissatisfied but a phone call to clarify which side we are going to fix would have been nice. My car looked great and I truly appreciate it. Class act!!!

Barry was by far the best contact I've had for a repair contact. Always keeping me in the loop and never getting annoyed when I'd stop by to grab stuff or check on the car. The whole team at fix it excelled at every aspect of their job and I will definitely be coming back with any repairs I need.

The staff at Fix Auto were friendly and efficient in replacing the shattered window of my vandalized vehicle. I think the work only took about an hour, and the cost was over 200 less than the deductible for the insurance claim I filed. In fact, I recommended Fix Auto to another gentleman who was affected by the exact same vandalism incident. Thank you again, John

Your staff kept me updated on the whole process the lady in the front bullpen area was awesome the only thing that was not awesome about the whole experience was I had a parking pass on my dashboard that might have been thrown away or vacuumed up by accident and it cost me 25 dollars to get a new one in know I didn't take it out of the truck when I dropped it off but it might have been a simple mistake but other then that awesome

I had an overall great experience with fix auto. I had no idea my car would be detailed at the end of my service so that was a lovely surprise when I got my car back especially cause I knew my car wasn't very tidy on the inside. I have two comments though. I wish it hadn't taken 2 months to get my car info Fixx Auto although I do understand that it's winter time in Alaska so with my car not being in such rough shape I know that I wasn't top 911 priority. The other thing was that I had a text saying that it looked like my car needed to be in the shop longer than expected because there were more parts needed. So the day after I got that text I called to get clarification which I was told I would get a call back after the car appraiser was spoken too about an estimate as to how long. The next call I received was a call saying my jeep was finished and ready to be picked up. Great that it was on time! But super confusing getting 2 different answers as to how long my jeep was to take. Those two "issues" weren't enough to keep me away or from writing a review on Facebook about how happy I am about my vehicle. Taylor was great. Frank was great. My car looked beautiful and even better than when I brought it in. Thank you so much.
