Poor communication by both automated texts & in person. Despite leaving your shop this morning, after wasting an hour trying to pick up our "ready" Subaru, we still don't have it.
Despite communicating our un happiness to ABRA through USAA today, ABRA failed to follow up with us as to the repair status of our car. Very poor "service recovery". Couldn't be worse.
