The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. They thoroughly explained things about the process. They answered all my questions. Margo, Chris, and Robert were very nice to work with. I was rear ended and had to have my rear bumper replaced and the impact bar underneath replaced. They did a beautiful paint job, and it looks like new! They were helpful in getting a rental car set up for me and getting it returned. I would definitely use that shop again if I needed body repair.

The Lebanon Abra Team take Customer Service to a whole new level. Margo to great care in getting all my info and making me feel comfortable. Chris was awesome the way he was very out going and friendly. He also explain the entire process and procedures taken to repair my car. They were also done ahead of schedule by a day. I went to pick my car up today to see Margo going over it a making sure it was just right for me to pick up. When I got in my car to leave I noticed they had all but detailed my interior.
