I was most impressed with the daily progress updates I was given. The quality of the work was good and overall repair timing was about what I expected. I would not hesitate to use Abra again (but I sure hope I don't have to!).

I used ABRA because they have a history with my USAA insurance and had very good reviews. The set up process was easy but I had several communication problems during my service. I dropped my car off at the Mitchell Ave ABRA in Cincinnati and they asked if they could transfer it to Lebanon ABRA which had space. This was fine with me. I was told Lebanon ABRA would do my estimate and then call me with it so I could decide if I wanted them to fix an additional 2 scraches on the back with my accident damage and then I would get so many updates that I would be annoyed. After 3 days of no updates and a message from USAAsaying they had payed almost 3000 to ABRA, I called to find out my car was already being repaired and I wasn't told a thing. In fact now that I think about it no one really told me exactly what the damage was and what was done to fix it. After this I did get 2 updates from the Lebanon ABRA the final of which was that my car would be available for pick up at Mitchell ABRA on Wednesday night and they would call when it was ready. By Thursday late morning I called Mitchell ABRA and spoke with Jessica who told me my car wasn't there. After several more calls to both ABRAs my car was indeed located at Mitchell Ave and completed for my pickup that day at 6p. During this process I was told at least 3 times that I would get a call right back only to call them myself an hour or two later. The final time I did this was at 530p on Thursday where informed me that I was called and they left a message. When I said I had not I was rudely brushed off. I then had to press her again to see if my car was in fact ready, which it was. When I picked up my car it was figured out that the gentleman calling me had dialed my number incorrectly. The number on file was correct. I know that is a long story but final take home comments: ****) would have lived an estimate breakdown with the opportunity to choose to fix my extra scratches and approve the estimate. 2) everyone was very nice and apologetic about how busy and slightly disorganized they were except for Jessica. 3) Jessica was the receptionist who handled my initial drop off at Mitchell and some calls. She was unenagaging at best and rude at worst. I felt like she didn't care and simply didn't try. Nothing I asked of her on drop off (estimate, calls) was followed through on, she told me my car wasn't at Mitchell when it was so I doubt she looked very hard, and after how patient I had been for 10 days of communication confusion it felt like a slap in the face for her to insist I had received a call when I had in fact not. She made me feel like I was the problem. 4) special thank you to Robert and Chris at Lebanon who made this experience better!

They were amazing! The staff was punctual, helpful, empathetic and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Chris was my main point of contact and he kept me updated through the whole process! They even swept my carpets and cleaned the dash and console! Amazing!

Robert was well organized and executed the repair with great efficiency. He did all the repair on the damaged parts in an excellent manner including the paint job. The car was detailed and spotless when it was returned to me. I was very pleased with the whole job and if I ever need another collision repair this location will be my first choice. Thank you. Work was poorly done when they initially tried to give us. Ack our van. Raised an issue about a chip that was not there prior to the accident and were told they could use touch up paint. When the vehicle went to be fixed from the issues that weren't properly done the first time the chip was still not done. The general manager was being a little condescending in his remarks about where the damage was (chip was also on the back hitch where the vehicle was rear ended). I know exactly where the damage was as I was in the vehicle and injured in the accident. They touched it up with paint and told me I coukd call and make an appointment to bring it back in a couple weeks when they weren't busy. Fine but my issue is I will have no vehicle then while my husband is at work when this chip should have been fixed at the beginning. Then when we went to leave the vehicle wouldn't start. One employee claims it's from him leaving the doors open while he vacuumed the van out. I somehow doubt that as I vacuum the vehicle out regularly, with all the doors open, and never had it not start on me following that. Also, after leaving the body shop we noticed the van pulled hard to the left (changed lanes without trying) and were informed by our insurance company that ABRA stated it needed an alignment but was never done, nor where we ever made aware of this issue. At this point, we won't use ABRA for any future needs.
