I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the kindness of the staff. Their attentiveness to detail and their concern for my satisfaction was obvious throughout the process. I was especially impressed by Cameron. He kept me informed throughout the process and addressed any concerns. And I cannot imagine a better detail job after it had been repaired. Wow! I am happy with my repair made on my car and the communication I received throughout the process! Thank you for a good job! When I picked my car up the Low Tire light was on which wasn’t when I dropped it off. There should have been nothing done related to this but when I called you to ask about it you was willing to take care of it when o came back by. That means a lot even though it was just checking my tires & putting air in the one that was low to show your customer satisfaction! Thank you

The receptionist said she would make the appointment for my enterprise rental through my insurance. 2 I showed up to drop off my car and I waited half an hour for someone to show up from enterprise to find out the receptionist never made the appointment so I had to do that myself. 3. I never got any updates on my vehicle 4. They didn’t fix my rim like they said 5. I was called to pick up vehicle Friday 45 min before closing. 6. I called Monday morning at 8 am while on my to pick up my car to give you guys the convenience of a heads up of me heading that way. The male that answered said my car had not been inspected yet and that the Geico representative would not be there for another half hour. (Mind you I was going into work late to pick up my car) 7. Once I got to work, the receptionist called to tell me that my car was actually in fact ready for pick up (also, when I picked up the car after work she proceeded to tell me that the man didn’t even check the computer and just assumed it was the different Corolla) Overall, I was disappointed with the service. All of the staff provided magnificent customer service. Cameron answered all of my questions and reviewed all of my documents with me before I left. The lady that detailed the inside of my car also did a wonderful job!
