Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Vandalia

3 weeks to repair my vehicle after waiting a month for my insurance claim appointment, then my vehicle was broken into while at your facility causing more damage. I appreciate the fact the shop owned the responsiblity for the damage but the entire experience was exhausting. I made 4 different trips to the shop and still have to go back to get the truck completely finished because 2 parts are still missing. Then after everything, I still had to pay my deductible of $250 after a total of 7 weeks of dissatisfaction. A good business would have comped that due to all the crap I went through. Things happen and I understand that but could have been avoided if my vehicle would have been inside the shop & if the building/property had security cameras in place. Now I am out tools, money, other possessions, & my time. I am satisfied with the repairs but how we got to this point was a completely horrible experience.

I was recommended to Abra by a coworker and everything exceeded my expectations. The customer service, daily text updates, timeliness ...everything was great. I’ve already recommended you all go my mother and husband.

This unfortunately was my second time visiting a repair body shop in 2019. Yet, I am fortunate it has been with his Abra. Cameron and the team was wonderful and there is no other body shop that I will ever go to and or recommend.

I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. The receptionist was very pleasent, Cameron explained the process well. The transfirmation from my car to the rental car was easy. Excellent repair, cannot tell from new, fast repair - got car back ahead of promised time.

Staff was very patient and compliant to my requests for updates and visitations. They worked hard to ensure I received my vehicle back before the extended holiday weekend, and it was appreciated beyond words. The alignment may be off a tiny bit to the driver’s right.
