This is the second time we have had a car fixed here and both jobs were practically undetectable. Everyone is friendly and I like being updated on the progress without having to call.

I will highly recommend you to everyone I know. I only had two things that frustrated me. While the text and email updates were great, they didn't allow me to ask a question or make a comment. I guess the accounts aren't monitored. Also, GEICO estimated the repairs would take 5 business days, but it took 9. Your original estimate was a week and a half, but it took longer than that by a couple of days. I do love the cooperation between you, insurance and the rental car company. It made for an easy drop off and pick up. It saved me from having to arrange it all myself! Everyone was very friendly in the reception area. The young woman I talked with was genuine, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! She set the tone for an (almost) perfect experience. I hope I never need your services again, but if I do, I'll know I'm in good hands. Thank you!

Quick efficient and professional. One suggestion is limit update to **** a day..call OR text not both. Coordinate with team so as not to overlap calls. Can be somewhat irritating when working or driving getting the same calls back to back on the same thing. But great job with the car!
