I got misinformation on the car being almost completed then told they were waiting on a part. I was never given a time estimation even after called and requesting some sort of timeframe to make arrangements for work. I understand it may not take a definite amount of time but for the working person who works a lot of crazy hours, and who is also paying half of a rental car it would be nice to give customers somewhat of a timeframe. I was also given a sheet of what the preferred answers are for a customer surgery because their Christmas bonus depends on it, and I think that is completely unprofessional. I’m all for helping good businesses get bonus’s and leaving good reviews but giving an “answer key” of preferred answers for a survey is ridiculous. Especially since would either never be called back after having questions or told “I just don’t know what to tell you”.

They kept me updated on the progress of my car repair. They were very helpful and answered all my questions
