We dropped off our car last Tuesday and picked it up three days later this as promised on Friday! The team saw to it that Enterprise was there to pick us up with a rental! Wescott went above and beyond to accommodate my family. They were also the most courteous and professional automotive group that I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long while. More dealerships amd body shops should strive to be more like Wescott Automotive! I will be dealing with these guys for any body shop needs in the future. Their work was spot on and perfect!

This was my third visit with Westcott. Each time the service has been impeccable. Ms. Rose is always so friendly! She's a real asset to your company!

The repair was fine and the people were great. The one hitch was the communication between Westcott and Enterprise on my need for a car with three rows of seats. I have 4 children that all need to be in a back seat. I showed up at Enterprise assuming that my message had been conveyed. It had, but no one had gotten back to me to let me know a vehicle that fit my family was NOT available. I'm not sure who dropped the ****, whether it was Enterprise, Westcott, or Nationwide. Needless to say, the vehicle I was given was no help to me as I had to get a babysitter to watch my kids since they all wouldn't fit in the Car AND and the next day my husband had to get rides to and from work so I could use his car.

The odometer was changed, my steering wheel changed, and 30 some miles were added, and radio stations changed. The work on the car looks really good. Thank you for that.

Troy was very helpful assisting all my needs and making sure I was happy.
