Service was quick, the quality of work was beautiful, and the customer care was top-of-the-line stellar! Communication is key when one relies on the same vehicle that requires days of repairs, and to know the status and what stage of repairs the vehicle in helps reduce stress and concern about when the driver is reunited with the vehicle so life can return to normal. The craftsmanship put into the repairs impressed me most, and kudos to the team that erased the damage caused by the accident!

You continually exceed my expectations.always a great job on the car . This is the 4th repair I have had done there and they all look great. Office very helpful with the little things(replaced headlight on my truck that wasn't related to repairs.just noticed it when I came in an replaced it right then. THANKS. Info about deductible being a possible right off on taxes was nice.little things add up to a big difference .would recommend you to everyone I know!

As always, The staff at Roger's Customs was friendly, informative, and kept me up to date on the progress of my repair, in fact, it was done several days before the projected completion date.
The car I got back looked like a new car and Roger's Customs kindly cleaned my car, inside and out!

My back door does not close properly. The body of the car near the passenger side rocker panel molding is dented from removal of the piece. The paint colors do not match. The rear body line doesn't match up. And it looks like the driver's side rock panel molding was removed when that side of the car wasn't affected by the accident. Now that side has dents and scratches along the rocker panel molding. This was after I refused delivery of the vehicle the first time the company said it was ready because it was returned with chips in the paint, a hole in the front passenger door trim, and dents and scratches in the rocker panel molding.
