Excellent work on this repair! New bumper, grill, paint on bumper makes my "girl" look like new! Superb match on the paint! Adding a new emblem was the crowning touch to this excellent repair job! Many thanks for the vacuuming snd wash with clear coat, car now sparkles in the sun! I will bring any repair work I need done to Kentuckiana Body Repair. We received a message about the car being ready on Friday before Memorial day holiday at approximately 4:00. The office closes at 5:00. I was at a graduation and had to leave and pay for the car so I wouldn't have to pay for the car rental for the holiday weekend. I felt that could have been handled much better. That was the only thing that caused me any concern with the service.

This is the second repair have had done by this body shop and they're professional and very friendly and they keep you updated throughout the repair and try to stay on schedule and if not they will advise you of what's going on on a scale from **** to 10 I would definitely give this auto repair shop A10

I was told to bring my rental there by the secratay lady and my rental company is 2 min from my house and so when she i told her it was budget.she said let me call them because i was already there and she said that The manager of budget on taylorsville rd.gave her permission to let me drop off tve rental in the indiana dept for free and wrote it on a post it.and one of your guys rode with me to thier store and i gave them the note and told them what Mellisa and Ky.body shop had said the said it was fine and then they bulked my card 356. and now budget is actibg like noone was ever called and i am very angry im to the point of taking this to court this has made my bank account overdraft..i could have droped the car off before i left my street.

Didn't install all parts( parts missing) vehicle was extremely dirty in interior and smelled like cigars. I mistakenly chose Kentuckiana Auto Body thinking I'd get top quality.
