After being discouraged about my car being hit TWICE this year (one was a hit and run I had to fix myself), you all made me fall in love with Caliber all over again. I take great pride in this car. System is there to be a flawless execution of painless auto repair. Unfortunately, human error always gets in the way. When my auto was reported ready, I went to pick it up only to notice a new scratch that ran all the way to the metal. Friendly staff apologised, and extended my time with the rental. The next day vehicle was ready. I picked it up only to notice a new scratch on the bumper and a rear passenger window that doesn't work.

Took longer than initially estimated, but that's not surprising since the originally time frame said "10 days" and that's pretty conservative. I didn't pay for my rental though so that's fine! Excellent service, great people. Thanks for taking care of my precious!

I like the job they did but I noticed my drivers idea door handle is working but bent looking. My check engine light was on and they turned it off stating that it was a past reading that came back up for some reason. They said that happens sometimes. There doesn't seem to be any problem with my car, though. Thanks
