Mr Williams was such a pleasure to work with as well as the front desk staff. I was kept up to date and well informed of the process.. i was treated as family not as another accident victim with a car needing to be fixed. Customer service as been lost over the years but kentuckiana auto body displayed great customer service and it yielded greater customer satisfaction. I give thia exoerience 5 stars.

The wok looks great but when I drove my car the headlights were not adjusted and I could see more than ten feet in front of my car and I had to readjust them. Efore I could drive it and there were bolts that were left off. The work looked great but I didn't want to bring my car back for the corrections.
