Repair was done very quick and I was not expecting my jeep to be cleaned inside and out when I got it back. Very impressed with service!

Loved how they kept us posted on the progress. Front desk personnel were very pleasant both on the phone & in person.

Bent part, the car is not stable, the bumper is scratched, and drop of paint down the door ... Do not like the work that was done.

I want to take the time to fill this comment section out because I think outstanding service should be recognized! And that is exactly what I received from this shop. I truly received absolutely seemless, and fantastic service! From drop off paired with meeting my Geico Insurance adjuster immediately upon arrival, great friendly and sincere service from Geico's people and the shops! I received text messages sent directly to my phone, keeping me informed on the progress of my car. Although they provided me with the information to track my claim/repair online, I didn't have to lift a finger! They kept me 100% updated, I never once felt like I was being left out of any step of the repair process. Easy pay options, they accepted a credit card. Fast, easy, friendly, professional, and absolutely the Auto Body Shop I would suggest to anyone needing a repair! Thank you again! Melissa B

I still have a couple of issues that were not issues before the accident. We are actively moving forward to have the issue fixed. I would have appreciated everything to have been fixed the first time. The body work was done well. However I still am experiencing a thump and issues with the parking sensor. Hopefully we can have this resolved soon!
