Angela and Katie were great!!! They had answers for all of my questions. Even when the questions weren’t about the car, all of the KAB crew were able to point us in the right direction. Although the repairs took much longer than expected, they were really good at keeping us up to date and informed on how close they were to completing the repairs. The car looks amazing!! They did a great job repairing the car and detailing the inside. All around great job by KAB and Geico together.

Great customer service. My car was done in 4 days but they found a defect in the hood so had to get a new one and repaint it. Was so easy and everyone was so nice.

Angela was very friendly every time she would call me she had a great attitude and made me feel very calm. I heard from her the most but I believe Katie called to tell me my car was ready she was also nice. Great attitudes made me feel very easy about my car being fixed. Thank you to the whole team!

The car looks great but in the passenger side that door makes a rattling sound while driving . It's louder the faster you go. I will contact the insurance co tomorrow to see what I need to do to get it fixed. The service was slow to the finish but looked good when we got the car. Now to get the rattle out. Thank you
