Staff was very kind and supportive and the repair work is fantastic. I appreciate how clean my car was upon picking it up. But I did run into a couple issues: ****. I received 2 separate text messaging informing me my car would be ready in about 12 days. It ended up being done sooner, which was great, but people make plans around the information they receive. I was told the text messages are not accurate. If that is the case, I would suggest not sending customers those messages. 2. I had to pick up my car after hours and the keys were not in the previously agreed upon location. 3. I had rented a car through entreprise at the airport, and I was told I could not leave this car at your shop because the airport location does not allow their cars to be left there. I called entreprise myself and was told I could indeed leave my car there. I wish the shop and entreprise would have been on the same page bc that would have made my planning to pick up the car easier. Just thought some feedback might be helpful. But again, I am ultimately very happy with the repair work. Thank you!

Everything was done very fast, and well done. Only thing I don't like is my mirror light isn't tight, it rattles. But everything else is good.

Since the repair on my liftgate has been completed I am now having problems with water entrance from rain into the interior panel due to a broken component. The vehicle will have to be checked and have further work completed. There were no problems with water until after the repair. This issue was discovered Friday night after bringing vehicle from the shop and encountering heavy rain and wind.

I have to admit at first I was very nervous. But after coming to retrieve my vehicle I must say that I am very impressed with the work that was done. I can't even tell that there was any damage. I have already been singing your praises. I also grabbed a few business cards to pass around. Should anyone inquire about an auto body shop, I plan to highly recommend you all. Thank you to everyone that did an outstanding job on my vehicle.

when I got home with the car my husband put it in the light and we looked at it and there was swirl marks not enough glitter and spotty paint job my husband is furious I called they said I could bring it by tomorrow but he don't know if he wants Kentuckiana auto body repair to fix it tried to contact my Geico representative left a message and haven't heard back

I was very impressed. I admit I was ****, as I had never heard of Kentuckian Auto Body. It didn't take long for my doubts to be erased. I had great customer service as well as a great repair job on my vehicle. I would highly recommend to all my friends and I would definitely return to Kentuckiana Auto Body for any future needs. Both cars had a strong paint odor for a few days. It still has fully went away. HHR bumper cover not fully seated. Had to pop it into place. Mismatched scree on side bumper light.
